CHRISTIAN THERAPY IN GLENDORA, CA

INVITE JESUS INTO THE PARTS AND EXPERIENCES THAT FEEL STUCK

There is a way forward that doesn’t separate your faith from your healing, but allows Jesus to meet you in the places that need it most.

A Brief Personal Note

I want you to know that I am a follower of Jesus, and my discipleship to Jesus is an important aspect of who I am.

At the same time, I approach therapy with care and respect for where you are. This is not a space where anything is forced, but one where your relationship with Jesus can be integrated into the work in a way that feels natural and meaningful.

You Are In The Right Place If

  • You feel like certain experiences still affect you more than they should

  • You notice anxiety, triggers, or reactions that seem to come out of nowhere

  • You feel stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense

  • You’ve tried to move on, but something still feels unresolved

  • You feel like your body holds onto stress, even when your mind understands things logically

  • You notice this impacting your relationships, emotions, or sense of safety

Christian Therapy Can Help

Sometimes it can feel like your faith and your struggles exist in two separate places.

Here, we take a different approach.

This work allows your relationship with Jesus to be part of the healing process, not just something talked about, but something experienced.

Instead of trying to force change or simply “have more faith,” we slow things down and begin to explore what’s happening inside, while creating space for Jesus to meet you there.

How It Works

This work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and experiential therapy with your Christian faith.

As we begin to notice what’s happening inside, whether that’s anxiety, a critical voice, or patterns you don’t feel good about, we don’t try to push those away.

Instead, we approach them with curiosity and compassion, while creating space for Jesus to meet you in those places.

At times, this may include inviting Jesus into memories or experiences that feel unresolved, allowing those moments to be processed in a new way.

This isn’t about forcing something spiritual.
It’s about allowing healing to take place in a way that is both emotionally and spiritually meaningful.
